
SABA University School of Medicine provides for all students studying on the island campus an insurance plan for Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains along with 24 hour assistance. The plan is insured by ACE American Insurance Company with the assistance services provided by Worldwide Assistance Services, Inc. If the student has a dependent spouse and/or children on the island, they need to purchase the "On Island" Accident and Sickness insurance plan to provide these benefits for their dependents.
For Accident and Sickness insurance SABA provides two plans for students needing such coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents. One is for the students studying on the island, the other for those in their clinical rotations.
